Here are a few questions to start our quest together. Copy and paste this into the “Contact” form and we can get a jump on our work:
1. What is going well in your life right now?
2. What is NOT going well?
3. When you were a child, were there any activities that were so interesting that you would lose complete track of time? What were they?
4. Are there any activities in which you currently engage that you enjoy very much, losing all sense of time and surroundings?
5. Are there activities in which you currently engage the you dislike very much?
6. Why would you like to work with a coach?
7. What are your expectations? What would you like to accomplish while working together?
8. Have you ever worked with a coach before? If not a coach, have you done any transformational work, such as therapy, self-help classes or books? If so, what did you do?
9. And, if your answer to #8 was Yes, did you feel it helped with the issue you wanted to
